Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 business days for all orders (not including thrusters) to be processed and shipped.  Please allow 7 days for orders including thrusters.

INSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Orders shipped domestically will usually be sent via USPS Priority Mail, but we reserve the right to select another courier when processing your order. Rates will be calculated in the shopping cart based on the total weight of your order. You can expect your package 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Orders shipped internationally will usually be sent via Fedex International Economy, but we reserve the right to select another courier when processing your order. Rates will be calculated in the shopping cart based on the total weight of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Unfortunately, delivery times to international destinations are NOT guaranteed due to unpredictability of time spent in customs. Customs might delay delivery for up to six weeks or more depending on your country's regulations. You are responsible for all custom duties and taxes applicable in your country. Prices and shipping costs listed on our website do not include these costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Blue Trail Engineering stands by the quality of its products. If you discover a defect or other error, please email us at sales@bluetrailengineering.com or call 720-526-6388 with details. We will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return any unused product for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Please email us at sales@bluetrailengineering.com to receive return instructions. Money will be refunded in the form payment was received after the product is received by Blue Trail Engineering.
